Nurse-led isn't the tagline. It's the whole system.

Ten years at the bedside. A lifetime of working my way up.
I've been a nurse for ten years — most of them in the ICU, where you learn that outcomes live in the details nobody glamorizes: the assessment, the documentation, the follow-up call. And skin has always been my other language: six years as an esthetician — facials, resurfacing, sugaring — specializing in melanin-rich skin in an industry that mostly treated it as an afterthought. I didn't.
My nursing has covered a lot of ground — critical care, concierge medicine, medical aesthetics, and every kind of patient in between — and every room taught the same lesson: safety first isn't a policy, it's a personality. I'm East Coast–raised, Los Angeles–based, and a mother. Nothing I have was handed to me; every credential, every skill, and every standard you'll find here was earned — which is exactly why none of it is built casually. FASEKINK is what happens when a nurse who worked her way up refuses to choose between clinical backbone and beauty — and builds both, with a team that believes what I believe.

What FASEKINK will always be
Education before selling
You'll understand what you're getting and why — or we haven't done our job. Every therapy and treatment comes with the "why" in plain language.
Licensed, reviewed, documented
Provider-reviewed programs, licensed pharmacy fulfillment, real documentation, escalation when needed. Boring on paper. Priceless in practice.
Every skin tone, by design
Fitzpatrick-informed protocols from day one — because "we treat everyone" should mean "we studied everyone."
