The Founder

Nurse-led isn't the tagline. It's the whole system.

Nurse. Injector. Now building the tech, too.

I've been a nurse for ten years, most recently in the ICU and medical aesthetics, where you learn that outcomes live in the details nobody glamorizes: the assessment, the documentation, the follow-up call. And skin has always been my other language: six years as an esthetician and injector, facials, resurfacing, sugaring, specializing in melanin-rich skin in an industry that mostly treated it as an afterthought. I didn't.

Real medicine, licensed providers, and follow up that actually follows up. That is not a slogan, it is literally how every system in this company is built.

My nursing has covered a lot of ground, critical care, concierge medicine, medical aesthetics, and every kind of patient in between, and every room taught the same lesson: safety first isn't a policy, it's a personality. I'm East Coast raised, Los Angeles based, and a mother. Nothing I have was handed to me; every credential, every skill, and every standard you'll find here was earned, which is exactly why none of it is built casually.

These days I'm building on the other side of the needle, too. I write software. FASEKINK runs online because I built it that way; PepOS exists because I got tired of watching follow-up be the thing nobody owned; and Sailoh Design Studio, my web development company, is where I build for everyone else. That combination is the whole point: it lets me be present for my kids, take an ICU shift when I want one instead of when a schedule says so, and run a clinic that answers to my standards instead of a landlord's.

  • BSN, RN, ten years of nursing, most recently in the ICU and medical aesthetics
  • Six years as an esthetician and injector, melanin-rich skin is my specialty, not a footnote
  • I build the software too, PepOS and Sailoh Design Studio
  • Safety first, always, assessment, documentation, and follow-up are muscle memory
  • As the RN founder I lead care, education, and follow-up, I don't diagnose or prescribe; licensed providers own every prescribing decision, and licensed pharmacies fill it
  • Every skin tone accounted for by design, because "we treat everyone" should mean "we studied everyone"
The Standard

What FASEKINK will always be

Always

Education before selling

You'll understand what you're getting and why, or we haven't done our job. Every therapy and treatment comes with the "why" in plain language.

Always

Licensed, reviewed, documented

Provider-reviewed programs, licensed pharmacy fulfillment, real documentation, escalation when needed. Boring on paper. Priceless in practice.

Always

Every skin tone, by design

Six years specializing in melanin-rich skin, brought to every conversation from day one, because "we treat everyone" should mean "we studied everyone."
